A little story ...
We were renting a space in a little strip mall years ago. One of the tenants
moved our leaving the owner a little short, so he made up the difference by
raising everyone's rent a little. Then another moved out... Yes, you guessed
it, in short order the mall was vacant and he lost it in bankruptcy. The new
owners cut the rents and filled up the spaces and lived happily ever after.
Raise the fees, kill the gallery.
Raise the prices, loose your customers.
Raise taxes.... You know the story!
