The dog chosen by that judge, on that day, at that show. Nothing more, nothing less. It is a dog show, with the best entry in the country, and with the judge we selected. It is not always the best dog, or the best judge. But, it is always the dog picked on that day, and therefore the dog who deserves the title. There have been times when I agree, and times I do not. I have never disagreed with the judging of Ed, and a couple of others, however.
