If you still need to select a software to do this, a package called
FAQ MasterFlex is usable for such a purpose. If you know a better
software that can handle texts in hierarchical organization, please
let me know.

I used to post a lot of stuff in the old pure-silver list. But I
generally don't like duplication and focus more on new stuff, you
might have to dig a bit to find them.
