Since the materials are not flammable, neither liquid nor gel, you
should be able to take them in you checked luggage.
But like everyone says, TSA folks aren't paid to think.
I'd call the airline.

I'm about to ask a friend of mine who will be flying from the US of

Argentina, where I live, to bring some Phenidone and Pyrocatechin
(Catechol)
to help me make some Pyrocat HD developer. It seems to me both of

are a but hard to get in my country so it'd be good to have my friend
bringing them down here.
Any info will be strongly appreciated.
A two pounds of the best argentinean beef plus a couple of Argentinean
bottles of Malbec is the prize for some certain info.
