The products you mentioned, as most photographic powders, are not problematic
in a plane but, because of this long-lasting paranoia, you've better to order
through web shops (B&H, Adorama, Calumet, Freestyle, Photographer's Formulary,
...) which most certainly deliver directly to your home through UPS or Fedex.
If restrictions apply to a product, these websites will prevent you to order it.
