With my 11x14 easel (Saunders brand), there is an angled lip at the bottom and at each side. The paper at the top seems to stay flat with 8x10 or 11x14. I also have a 16x20 (Delta brand) that only has an angled lip on 2 sides. For the other two sides, it came with magnetic bars with tapered edges.

Hi,

I thought it was obvious, but I meant how do you keep the top and bottom edges of the paper flat?

Hi John,

Thanks for the tour of your darkroom and working space. Lot's a neat ideas.

One question concerning your borderless easel. I have a similar one, 16x20, and I want to know how you keep the top and bottom edge flat? With mine, the sides are OK but I have to put a steel bar on the top and bottom edge to keep it flat. Of course, this gives me a narrow margin at top and bottom.

Cheers,
Bogdan

While I've had it for some time, I've only recently gotten some images of my darkroom posted:
