Hi,

you'll need to look at the properties of the controls. See the left height and width properties and make your calculations accordingly.

For example, in visual basic version six, I use to start by placing my first control at a hundred twips. That is, the left property would be set two hundred. This would avoid the control being too much to the left of the screen.
