You should be able to take care of it with SpyBot: Search and Destroy. I run both SpyBot and AdAware, as they each look for different kinds of spyware. I'm not sure if the site you mentioned is a legit site, but I will try and find out for you. However, any site thats is that eagar to get you to download somthing for free is usually a hoax.
