this pop up stopper has also been highly recommended to me -
http://www.southbaypc.com/NoAds/
there are a fair amt of them out there - but I'd go with one of these that have
been recommended that people have had good success with.

Thanks Glo,
I'll save this one and when my problem is solved I'll download it.
I'm sure glad I'm not the only one with no firewall, I find it very =
difficult configure it the way I want it, specially because it is in =
English.
sylvia.

Sylvia--I also have w-ME and I use a free pop-up stopper from
www.panicware.com
You can set it to make a sound when it kills ads (cool). I've had this =
for
a long time and no problems. Also, if you install your firewall it will
give you the option whether to accept something or not, so you won't =
miss
anything. Some of the guys on this list have offered to help configure =
a
firewall, so that's a possibility. I should talk, I don't have one
either! --Glo
