I have broadband and don't pay for download time and *I* don't like it
either. 99.9% of my dislike is that 99.9% of the users can't design a
readable viewable message using it.
Also, when you click REPLY the whole darn creation gets quoted unless you do
a format change to plain text (which I never do... if I have to deal with
the crud, so does the person I'm replying to).
