automatic prompting for activex controls is enabled
binary and script behaviors is enabled
download signed activeX controls is prompt
download unsigned activx controls is disabled
initialize and script activex controls not marked as safe is 
disabled
run activex controls and plug-ins is enabled
script activex controls marked safe for scripting is enabled

while we're at it - in security settings - java permissions 
are at medium safety.
scripting of java applets is enabled
active scripting is enabled
