I can update the anti-virus, but I haven't been able to 
'make myself' spend the time to clean out the programs, 
files, etc. The operating system drive is too small, and the 
service pack2 won't fit on it. So - I have to clean it all 
out, and do something about the partitions. I was told that 
I can't combine the operating partition with another one for 
some reason - don't remember why now.
