All Windows operating systems come with a generic internet
explorer...........It is not one modified for a specific company.

With Windows Xp Internet Explorer 6 is "built in". I do not know of anyone
with a Windows operating system that does not have the this generic Internet
explorer . Do you? When you have MSN they install another browser specific
for MSN they want you to use for everything.

Her MSN Explorer or Browser opens but if she tries to open her Netzero
account Internet Explorer 6 ( in her case) just opens and error box. If she
has a shortcut on her desk it will not open( same message) if she goes to
C:programs/internet explorer( and clicks on the exe) it does the same thing.

Now can you be of any help?

Al
