Well I downloaded Firefox and even it won't see the new changes I've made to my web pages if I go there first -- plus I even put in that meta tag to refresh the page with =No cache on my updated pages. It appears I need to talk with my ISP who provides my broadband because both IE and Firefox should not have the same problem.
