You followed Ed's and my directions, at least part of the way, some of 
the time, and often enough to get lucky... (-:

Seriously, you must remember what you did and in what order?! Then i can 
tell you what happened.

Right now i'm guessing AVG killed the trojan the very first time it 
found it, and then you eventually managed to get rid of the copy hiding 
out in the System Restore file, which antivirus programs can't get at 
(as AVG told you).

What do you mean you couldn't run AVG in safe mode? Were you able to 
start the computer in safe mode?

I'm sure you installed TDS manually, but how about the update file 
(radius.td3); did you download that and put it in the TDS folder?

Did you click on TDS's Scan Control and choose the correct scan target 
(all hard drives)?
