If you were puting a 120 on an old slow computer it would take a long time but on a new computer which runs faster it dosn't take any longer than a small drive on an slow computer. But keep in mind that with NTFS you don't need to run the defrag and scan very often if ever (relative to how long you keep your opperating system or computer).
