You are not a broadcaster. That's not an insult; it's an observation.
The reason they signed on even for what turned out to be a limited amount of
time is that they are broadcasters. Given the merest opportunity, they took
it.
Broadcasters don't need to have this explained to them.
They can still move outside of the core; they just can't stay there very
long. Something is better than nothing. Also, you get a heads up when
moving from one channel to another. Usually.
