Hi Ruslan,
I know Your good work for Russian and Nicolai's for Danish userGuides is not
finnished, but
since they are enhancements rather than critical fixes I don't feel they should
block 2012.3.1.
In any case I will commit the latest files from the svn so at least your users
have most of
the document updated before releasing.
Does this sound ok?
Hopefully 2013.1 is not too far and we can give users both good translations
and good new
features.
