Hmmm, that indicates a 16 bit structure on the mail database in every way
yet they're riding on a natural 32 bit counting system. Wonder why they
settled on those metrics. They're so very DOS.<g> In fact, those numbers
very closely follow the limits of a FAT16 File System!
