This list has been a huge help.  I knoe I've asked a lot of questions, and I 
sso appreciate everyone's help.  I look forward to the day when I can give back 
to other newbies.

I'm with you here, Donna!  If I didn't have the help and guidance I  
have had, I wouldn't be nearly where I am in terms of progress.  And
