Still looking for most efficient and best way. But VLC works. It has a
24 hr time limit to overcome, but does work. OPpen source so there is a
possibility someone has already solved it. Steaming becomes inexpensive
with small computer - even running on Linux os.
I think this adds to Rick's idea of podcasters and others participating.
Thanks to all! Still open to any and all ideas.

Nimble is free and I think more reliable. I may have time Monday to setup the configuration file so you won't need WMSPanel.

In VLC go to the Media menu and down to <Stream>. Use
Network to enter your .m3u8 URL. The wizard guides you to
Destination Setup, select UDP and click ADD button, then
enter an IP address and port on your network where igolgi
can access.
(I hate auto spell check, it keeps putting igolgi as Igloo!)

Not sure, but you could do this with vlc. Might want
to just try it and see if it works. It might not pass
all the pertaining stream info but would get you a
video signal.

I need to be pointed in right direction. I need
to take a video stream, such as m3u8, and change
it to a udp stream acceptable to the Igolgi. Any
thoughts?
