So as I was looking at VLC, I noticed you can not only re-stream live feeds,
but stream video files and playlists of video files. However, I couldn't
figure out how to loop a playlist or file when streaming. Any ideas?
Reason this is interesting is that you might be able to use VLC (free program)
to playout a simple looping channel and send the transcoded UDP transport
stream to igolgi or other multiplexers that accept IP streams. Cheap way to do
an informercial channel.
