Paul: My only question is... if the government has exculpatory evidence, then why don't they show it? There are only two answers that are viable: 1) the evidence implicates them or 2) the evidence does NOT show them to be completely innocent. Why else WOULDN'T they want it out there?


Let's see. Bush is stupid and allows Rumsfeld to design a slim invasion force ill-equipped to deal with a spirited insurgency. In fact every policy decision Bush makes is bad...EXCEPT for the 9/11 conspiracy which is flawless and perfectly executed.


So the only thing Bush excels at is this conspiracy business. In every other facet of his performance, he is mediocre. Mirabile dictu!

Also there is:

(3) The evidence discloses details of national security procedure that is not in the US interest to divulge. So it is judged better to be thought cryptic or incompetent than to reveal too much.
