No, I'm not saying that. I'm only saying that if you want to run
lou_checktable from the source dir before installing it with `sudo make
install` you will have to set env vars, at least some of them (libtool
will set LD_LIBRARY_PATH but not LOUIS_TABLEPATH for example). The
Makefile does this for you if you run `make check` but if you run the
tools on your own you'll have to look at the env vars and you can refer
to the Makefile for inspiration.
