I tried it both ways they told me to set the prefix so I tried that. Either way I get the same problem if I am doing it from no liblouis library installed. I fear that most people that are trying it on this list have other things installed and have environment variables set. What do you get when you load en-ueb-g1.ctb Ken -----Original Message----- From: liblouis-liblouisxml-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:liblouis-liblouisxml-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Bert Frees Sent: Friday, October 3, 2014 11:20 AM To: liblouis-liblouisxml@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: harness lou_allround en-ueb-g1.ctb problem continued It shouldn't be necessary to set any environment variables. Because you're able to run lou_allround I assume your PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH are correct. LOUIS_TABLEPATH is only needed if you want to use tables that are not in the default location. Maybe the problem is that you're using /usr/bin/lou_allround? Did that come from running sudo make install? Normally the tools should be installed in /usr/local/bin/.
