[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: Proposal for next liblouis release date

I'm working on emphasis in the emphasis-dev branches. It isn't easy, so I'm 
glad of the extra time. I can't say whether the spacing parameter will be 
removed by then. It has much less priority.
