If you keep emailing him you could well get a short reply!
I think it was Bones, in one of the Readmes accompanying his scenery, that said queries on installation etc should be aimed at forums etc. You will see from Tony's readme that he isn't the designer of the scenery, that someone else has kindly provided it to complement his scenery. I followed the readme and didn't encounter any problems. Sounds as though your setup may be untypical.

I have a Photo/Scenery with all the *.bgl's in, but no Photo/Texture

And I have just spent over 2 hours reinstalling V1.0
I think I will have to 'create' a Texture folder., I have emailed Tony, and awaiting a reply.
