Hi, Considering that Freedom Scientific is responding to some issues in a very timely manner which is truly appreciated, it is also important that people keep requesting fixes for features that worked previously that affect their job, schooling etc. it seems that some have a rather unique perspective from F S --enough to tell and would blame us for let me see if I can fairly allude to a few things for I guess Our not serving F S well enough--although our hearts and efforts were in the right place during previous betas! It seems there is a false assumption that comments on a product imply a lack of appreciation for it or the good peoplewho work there which is unfair, 2 that our efforts vis a vis many previous betas are unappreciated as "betas were out of control" and 3. although we realize that they run a race to give us great new features keeping up with rapid changes, that we should not be permitted" to compare when a new release still contains bugs that did not happen in earlier versions? It is implied that individuals have no legitimate right to be in contact with F S yet I guess we are not supposed to be allowed to compare notes with a * new* release? I hope the "bug list" is continued in the sense that unless people read it here, one may assume the sole user is the only one affected and that job performance can be affected hence the name of the otherwise really excellent product Job Access with Speech. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gene" <guystevens@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, April 13, 2005 7:52 PM Subject: Re: bug list you want fixed > There is a great difference between product feedback and giving us a voice > in the company.
