FS did have that form, but people were too lazy to use i and expected FS

to monito rhis list.
It came with the beta first I herd of it. It was a link on there web
site that was barryed at the bottom of a long download list of key
numbers. =20
Wha really needs to happen is FS needs to look at what GW Micro is
doing.=20
This is clearly working, and it's gaining loyalty. If GW micro is going=20
that extra mile, doing things that other companies wouldn't do to
satisfy=20
their customers, then FS, instead of saying "We don't have an obligation

to do this", needs to say, "The competition is doing it, so whether it=20
seems reasonable to expect the same from us or not, we need to do it as=20
well."
The problem with that is they will become nee jerk reactionaries.
Synthavoice tried this by looking at what the other guy was doing and
when they started that they went down hill. What they need to do is
come up with there own system some thing that works for them and works
for the user. For example I am not a window eyes user to day because
when I wanted to get windows 95 they did not have 95 support and no
Braille. So I went with window bridge at the time because they did.
Now I am a jaws user because jaws does keep up with the times. But the
times are not really changing right now and so bugs should and can be
fixed.=20
