My problems with cablevision goes to the television and internet service from 
them. I had a number of issues with them including the sap and being unable to 
get on line. 

I was often promised a response from supervisors or those who could answer my 
concerns and never once did anyone follow up with me. 

I just felt they did not give a damn so went to Verizon.

After I sent my last message I saw someone gave a better answer than me but 
this vies or bios or whatever is very fast and worth the extra price if any to
