No wonder none of the Indian's replied to you on mailing-lists/forums..
Even after so many people trying to make you understand that being a lead
developer/maintainer in a project is not important, you start all over again.
Simply put, What is your point?
If you think India is not well represented in the FLOSS Community, just fork
off some Sourceforge Project and make it better than the existing one.
If you think the existing ones are bad, start your own.
Just don't rant on and on...
