I posted this not to harass anyone. After all in opensource world
there is no barries of nationality and religion.
I am thinking of this for several months. I am a Java developer
and mainly uses opensource software. I used to ask (newbie)questions
sometimes stupid questions at forums and mailing lists(one can search
in goole with my name). Many have answeered the questions and very
rarely I have seen an Indian answering the questions. That is what
made me ask this question.
I have another question that I will as in another thread.

For most people, the more practical and useful thing to do is to
contribute to an existing project that already solves a problem, and
to enhance and extend its scope, or make it more usable, reliable and
maintenable.
If you had started using GNU in 1984, instead of asking inane newbie
questions in 2005, maybe you'd have been the lead maintainer of major
project by now.
