Hi
May be everyone in India is busy making money. Those people who
are outside India may have both time and money, that helps them to spent
some money and time for their passion, writing code. They code for passion
not for money. Most of them are not computer professionals who spent their
whole time in an Office executing what his boss says. They have other
source for money and time for coding.
