One reason why Ubuntu might be supported is that Ubuntu has in its
fundamental principles that software should be made available in people's
own Language..
This has always been the Bharathiya principles.. respecting the
individuality and identity of each ethnic group.. and not imposing one's
over other...
I am not aware whether any other OS has this as its basic principle... We
have just asked for Ubuntu Certifications to be done in Tamil.. Awaiting
feedback... Hope in course of time it can happen...
