User friendly has nothing to do with this point i'm posting. when i was
working for HP there was a strange case about Brazilan Bank telling that
their unix server is not syn with windows time server. We were arguing them
to use Standard Unix Time servers instead of Windows time server. latter we
found that Windows has issues with NTP v4. before Identifying where is the
problem the Bank were ferious with us telling that they are in loss and high
risk since time is not sync. after convinsing them by telling the full
reason, they changed the configuration. and also they were considering to
move away from windows server. Till now i'm not sure whether Windows has fix
(if so it should not break older versions of NTP) so support wise it all
depends. and i feel that M$ does much worse support than others.
