Scott from ICS (the organization that has offered to host our web infra)
has been doing a great job accommodating our needs; he has already setup
an account for our website, as well as a nice environment for Trac.
There are still issues to address (email, DNS, learning curve, etc.),
but it looks like we are moving forward with this.

So just to confirm, the move to ICS is not really a matter of if, but
rather of how and when. Right Niels? Just want to make sure we were on
the same page. :)

I wanted to see if I understood correctly: those who already have an
account will not have to register again with Trac after the login
backend is changed, correct?
