TomTom is in a state of reorganizing their POIs and got rid of the Bonus
POIs, which dropped the # of POIs substantially.  We asked if we can have
this back but they haven't responded.

They did tell us that they are still working through this and reorganizing
their data so it may come back in a future update.

No explanation for the very significant drop in the number of UK POIs then.
It really is very substantial. Approx 60% of our High Street used to be
there now there are hardly any.

That file is there to tell the system to prompt for country instead of state
for the address search.
