I think this should be:
* Hosts must support resizable plugin GUIs.
e.g. this is a requirement for the host and not the plug-in; if a plug-in is
happy to provide a staticly sized UI, this should be fine. The key
requirement is that the host must not have an assumption that the size is
static, so that the plug-in *may* support resizing the UI.
