greetings all.  It is a priviledge to be a part of this forum.  forgive me, but I'm going to break my silence with an earful right off the bat...

neville, first:  to be quite honest I don't see how you can speak so confidently about this character you call the "devil", when you reject the one document of authority that establishes credible evidence for his existence?

'Jesus' tells us who it is that owns this earth. Indeed, how could 'Jesus' have even been tempted with "all the kingdoms of the earth," unless the tempter owned them all in the first place? So I would agree with you that the bible establishes "evidence for [its] existence," though I disagree with your opinion that this is the only "credible" evidence.

The Devil identifies itself as the father of the so-called 'Israelites' (Jews) and gives the game away in Exodus 19:5 - "Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. ..." This is the Devil speaking, not God.

I trust that this answers your question.

There is a second issue. You are new to this forum, but please be aware that language does have to be moderate. In your second posting you said, "let's prick that lil ******* finger and check his DNA" The word blanked out is crude and unacceptable here, referring as it does to someone who engages in sodomy. Please bear this in mind for future reference. Thanks.

Neville
