- On my way home from work after one of the hot days this summer, I thought I had a snake in the back seat of my car. As I was driving, I kept hearing a "hisssssssss" coming from the back seat. I freaked and tried to look while driving, but couldn't see anything. "Great," I thought, "how can I keep it from biting me in the car" When I got home, I found it was a soda bottle with a loose lid. The escaping gases were making the noise.
