Actually, it states on their site that they are not a publisher --
they're a technology site.

It also conflicts with the fact that they offer the GNU FDL as one of
their three license choices when you publish a book.

I don't understand why they would do this if they were thinking
logically.  Their three licenses are Standard Copyright, Creative
Commons Attributition-Noncommericial-ShareAlike 2.0, and the GNU FDL.

In the first two cases, the restriction is not necessary because the
author already prohibits it.  The the third, it breaks with the spirit
of the license.
