I looked up "stehlen" in deu-eng and found this:

Syntax: wouldn't it be <form type="inf"><orth>...</orth></form?
Yes, it should be. That's what I get for only reading the xml output
and not putting it through any further steps. But that's easy enough
to fix.
Content: a few of them are incorrect. The more important issue is that flected
forms should be only "stahl" und "gestohlen".
Why only those forms? German has more different inflections than
English. Wouldn't dictionary users be interested in the form for 2nd
person singular "du stiehlst", which can't be derived from the forms
you gave in any regular way? I would expect all forms given in the
"Grammatik" section of
https://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/stehlen ;.
But I do agree that the current list of inflections is too much, at
least until we have additional tagging to identify the more unusual
inflections.
