[freedict] Inflected forms for WikDict dictionaries (was: Poll: replace deu-eng / eng-deu)

It plays nicer with our style sheets.
I've given this a try. For now, I've restricted it to verb inflections
and excluded inflections I considered too unusual ("angerissen zu
haben", "haben Sie angerissen!"). The English inflections are boring,
but the German ones look good to me at first glance.
Have a look at the results an tell me what you think:

I could also add singular/plural information to the forms, if there's
an agreed-upon way to do that.
If we go this route, I should also start hosting the TEI files in
compressed form. The files are starting to get big.
