Ya might wanna look for some 882 heads. They're supposedly the "best of the worst" (smog heads) ot the "worst of the best", depending on who ya talk to. I think Chris' idea of local machine shops is a very good one. I've bought numerous sets of heads from one place and the only time he messed me up was when he sold me the heads with 1.84 intakes. I took 'em back and he gave me a set of 882s with 2.02/1.60s in 'em. Worked fine after that, especially with a Performer RPM manifold. Wasn't a race motor, but it could breathe very well.
