I usually look at the duxbury user's guide or the Transcriber's guide which are located in the help menu. It's a nice document which you can even emboss quite easily. When I purchased Duxbury (version 10.2), I received a print manual in a nice binder and a set of four diskettes. Upon installing Duxbury, I found the help section contains the exact copy of the printed material along with some nice reference documents. So, yes, there is a Duxbury manual. Francis
