Hi Jack,

Belgium Knows 3 Communities: French, Dutch and German (very small). I am
French-speaking. The Belgian Dutch-speaking work in this moment with the
Dutchmen for standardize their Braille. The Belgian French-speaking use
almost all the Braille code  of France. And French of France, Switzerland,
Canada, Belgium and Africa also work for a standardization of the French
Braille.
