[softwarelist] Win OvPro and pictures

Simple question really. Hohohoho!
She has a Document.dpd originally created in RISC OS OvPro, it contains
two pictures.
For a friend in an alien environment she wants to re-create the document
in Word.
No problem with the text content, but how does she get the two pictures
out of the Win OvPro and into the Word doc.
The only option shown is Save as draw, which is not much help in a Windows
environment (Graphic is actually a sprite inside a Drawfile)

Can't copy a graphic out of Win OvPro and Paste in Win DPScan either.
