the business with a PNG... reporting "File could not be converted."
What that means is that the trans loader shell has called up the
conversion program (ChangeFSI in this case) but no output file has
appeared. The conversion program has failed in other words.
CFSI 1.27 has been seen by the filer, and it can load the PNGs.
However is CFSI 1.27 the one that is pointed to by the system variables?
(this is just what I said about two copies on the same machine)
