Try changing the case of the /www.davidpilling.info/ part of the URL - it is case-insensitive, but many caches are case-sensitive, so will give you a new copy.
Neat idea if it works.
(Don't change the directory or file part - on Unix servers they ARE case-sensitive.)
The actual site is case insensitive, it was a problem some time back and I eventually found out how to make it case insensitive, using a htaccess file.
