Testing on 9 frame jabs:
D'vorah jump in kick into jab 2 wins against standing D'vorah block into
jab 2.
D'vorah jump in kick into jab 2 loses against standing Goro block into jab
2.
D'vorah jump in kick into jab 2 ties/loses/win(sometimes) against standing
Kotal Kahn block into jab 1.

I think when standing character loses, it might be my input being slower
but this test was from a few jump in kick into jab. So there's some sort of
consistency. But Goro wins pretty much almost all the time.

So what does this mean Salie?
